Shipping policy

Our product is in warehouses throughout the US. The usual time to receive your order after it has been placed is 2-5 business days. From the moment you place your order, your order is usually processed the same day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout after you enter your address and depend on the number of items in your order. The more you order, the more you save per item:

Once your order is placed, it CANNOT be modified or cancelled even if your order has not shipped yet. Please review your cart and/or contact us at info@mirisperfume.com with any questions before finalizing your order to avoid any issues, indecision, or confusion. Thank you.

We make no guarantee for the amount of time it takes your package to reach you and only provide estimates at checkout.

Ownership of packages handed over to the carrier passes to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages. We are not responsible for carrier delivery errors or incorrect delivery information. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us, so any delivery issues must be resolved with the carrier.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order, we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured. Again, we are not responsible for the package once it is handed over to the carrier, they are then responsible for delivery and resolving any delivery delays or lost packages.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the post office. After that, it is out of our control. All purchases are shipped by carrier.
